6 Foods I Added to My Diet for Better Gut Health

It can be rather easy to overlook the importance of our gut, trust me I did until I couldn’t. Now I know the health of our gut is intricately linked to our overall well-being, influencing everything from digestion, and immunity to mental health I’m able to make the changes that will benefit me. Here are 6 gut-friendly foods I’m adding into my diet to promote a diverse microbiome and foster a healthier gut environment.
